INFORMATION GUIDE YOUR ROOM

• Your room has been cleaned with disinfectant products, and after these processes, your room has been delivered to you as the “first user”.
• Products such as soap, shampoo, shower gel in your room are disposable and are not used by anyone other than you

GENERAL USAGE AREAS

• Cleaning of all areas is carried out with appropriate frequency by using disinfection materials in accordance with the standards according to the nature of the surface.
• All general usage areas including restaurants, meeting room, lobby, reception area, bars and sales units have been arranged in accordance with the social distance plan; Necessary measures regarding social distance have been taken and necessary markings have been made.
• No more guests will be accepted in these areas than the capacity in accordance with the plan.
• Sufficient hand sanitizer or antiseptic is available in all public areas. In order to ensure safe use in our fitness center, a reservation system is applied, the number and duration of people who will use it at the same time are in accordance with the social distance plan.

OUR STAFF

• Hygiene barriers, sterilization devices, necessary tools and equipment for hand and body hygiene are available in food production and kitchen areas in our enterprise.
• Cleaning and hygiene of the areas associated with the kitchen, all kinds of equipment used in the kitchen, countertops and storage areas are provided regularly.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You can use the elevators with the people you are staying with in the same room. If there is another guest in the elevator who is not staying with you, please wait for the next elevator. Instead of using the elevator for nearby floors, you can also use the stairs
• Pay maximum attention to maintaining social distance while moving around the facility.
• Obey the signs set by the hotel management. Do not disturb the distance of 1.5 meters between the tables.
• If you see Covid-19 symptoms in yourself or one of our other guests, inform the reception immediately, the reception will contact the Social Environment and Hygiene Representative and health care organizations for you.
• You can obtain protective materials such as disinfectants, masks and gloves free of charge from the reception, housekeeping and room service at any time of the day so that you can use them whenever necessary within the scope of Covid-19 measures.
• We remind you that different activities such as running, doing sports, cycling and swimming require different social distance needs and different precautions, even if precautions such as disinfectant and mask use are taken.
• Activities, transportation, meals, excursions, tours, flights, photo shoots, concerts, boat sports, jogging, trekking, etc. that you will attend at the hotel and inside and outside the hotel. You must take all precautions in events such as these, and inform the hotel about participation in these events beforehand. After these activities, if you see any signs or symptoms related to Covid-19 and other epidemic diseases, you should immediately notify the hotel management. In such a case, the reception will contact the health care organizations for you and provide your contact.
