(\u201c\u015eirket\u201d) olarak, 6698 Say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu (\u201cKVKK\u201d) uyar\u0131nca, Veri Sorumlusu s\u0131fat\u0131yla haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fbu \u201cBilgilendirme\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 ile sizlere, KVKK\u2019da yer alan \u201cVeri Sorumlusunun Ayd\u0131nlatma Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 10. ve \u201c\u0130lgili Ki\u015finin Haklar\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 11. maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde; hangi ama\u00e7la ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenece\u011fi, i\u015flenen ki\u015fisel verilerinizin kimlere ve hangi ama\u00e7la aktar\u0131labilece\u011fi, ki\u015fisel verilerinizin toplanmas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6ntemi ve hukuki sebebi ve KVKK\u2019n\u0131n 11. maddesinde say\u0131lan di\u011fer haklar\u0131n\u0131zla ilgili olarak bilgi vermek isteriz:<\/p>\n<p>Veri Sorumlusu s\u0131fat\u0131yla, ki\u015fisel verilerinizi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da izah etmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz \u015fekilde ve resmi mevzuat taraf\u0131ndan emredilen s\u0131n\u0131rlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde i\u015flemekte, kaydetmekte, aktarmakta, payla\u015fmakta ve saklamaktay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u015eirketimiz, i\u015fbu \u201cKi\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Ayd\u0131nlatma Metni\u201dni y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki resmi mevzuatta yap\u0131labilecek de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde her zaman g\u00fcncelleme hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N TOPLANMASI, \u0130\u015eLENMES\u0130 VE \u0130\u015eLEME AMA\u00c7LARI:<\/h2>\n<p>\u015eirket Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde detayl\u0131 olarak belirtilen alanlarda faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan, s\u00f6z konusu faaliyetler dolay\u0131s\u0131yla; gerek Turizm ve Gelir \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ilgili di\u011fer kurumlar\u0131n d\u00fczenlemeleri gerekse akdetti\u011fimiz s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler nedeniyle s\u00f6zl\u00fc, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ya da elektronik ki\u015fisel verileriniz toplanmakta ve i\u015flenmektedir. Bu ki\u015fisel verileriniz, \u015firketimizin faaliyet konular\u0131 ile ilgili hizmetleri sunabilmek ve bu hizmetlerin kalitesini artt\u0131rabilmek, \u015firketimizin sat\u0131\u015f, pazarlama ve sair faaliyetlerini yerine getirebilmek, bilgi saklama, raporlama, bilgilendirme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerine uymak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ki\u015fisel verileriniz, sizlere sundu\u011fumuz hizmet kalitemizin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile sat\u0131\u015f ve pazarlama faaliyetleri i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak CRM (M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri Y\u00f6netimi) uygulamalar\u0131 gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda da kullan\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zan\u0131z bulunmadan yukar\u0131da belirtilen ama\u00e7lar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmayacak olup, yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler ve resmi kurum\/kurulu\u015flar haricinde \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slarla payla\u015f\u0131lmayacak ya da aktar\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketimiz, s\u00f6z konusu ki\u015fisel verilerinizi sadece; m\u00fc\u015fterilerin a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zas\u0131na istinaden veya tabi oldu\u011fumuz mevzuat ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere KVKK md. 5\/f.2\u2019de \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen di\u011fer hallerde, siz m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize katma de\u011ferli hizmetler, f\u0131rsat ve olanaklar sunulmas\u0131 ve hizmet kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, yurt i\u00e7inde ya da yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015ftiraklerimizle ve do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 \u015firketlerimizle ve ortak giri\u015fimlerimizle veya yasal bir zorunluluk gere\u011fi bu verileri talep etmeye yetkili olan kamu kurum veya kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile ve yeterli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmak kayd\u0131yla, faaliyetlerimiz gere\u011fi anla\u015fmal\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz yurt i\u00e7inde ya da yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kurumlar, tedarik\u00e7iler, yetkili sat\u0131c\u0131lar\/bayiiler\/i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z ile payla\u015fabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, \u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan verilen hizmetler, \u00fcr\u00fcnler ya da ticari faaliyetlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterebilmekle birlikte; otomatik ya da otomatik olmayan y\u00f6ntemlerle, ofisler, \u015fubeler, bayiler, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi, internet sitesi, sosyal medya kanallar\u0131, mobil uygulamalar ve benzeri ara\u00e7larla s\u00f6zl\u00fc, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ya da elektronik olarak toplanabilecektir. \u015eirketimizin \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetlerinden yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z m\u00fcddet\u00e7e ki\u015fisel verileriniz olu\u015fturulmak ve g\u00fcncellenmek suretiyle i\u015flenebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, \u015eirketimizin hizmetlerini kullanmak niyetiyle;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezimizi veya internet sayfam\u0131z\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda,<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizi, internet sitemizi veya sosyal medya kanallar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131\/mecralar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ziyaret etti\u011finizde,<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi e\u011fitim, seminer veya organizasyonlara kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda ki\u015fisel verileriniz i\u015flenebilecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sizlerden r\u0131zan\u0131zla ya da T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlar\u0131nda ifade edilen di\u011fer hukuka uygunluk nedenleri gere\u011fi elde edilmi\u015f ki\u015fisel verileriniz;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan sunulan \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetlerden sizleri faydaland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n i\u015f birimlerimiz taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131labilmesi;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan sunulan \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetlerin sizlerin be\u011feni, kullan\u0131m al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilerek sizlere \u00f6nerilmesi;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin ve \u015eirketimizle i\u015f ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7erisinde olan ki\u015filerin hukuki ve ticari g\u00fcvenli\u011finin temini (\u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ileti\u015fime y\u00f6nelik idari operasyonlar, \u015eirkete ait lokasyonlar\u0131n fiziksel g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve denetimini sa\u011flamak, i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131\/m\u00fc\u015fteri\/tedarik\u00e7i (yetkili veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131) de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, hukuki uyum s\u00fcreci, mali i\u015fler v.b.);<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin sunmu\u015f oldu\u011fu hizmetlerin daha kaliteli hale getirilmesi ve kalite politikam\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi,<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin sunmu\u015f oldu\u011fu genel ve \u00f6zel kampanyalar\u0131ndan, promosyon, tan\u0131t\u0131m, indirim ve benzeri avantajlar\u0131ndan haberdar edilmeniz ve yararland\u0131r\u0131lman\u0131z;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin sundu\u011fu mecralardan hizmet almak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131z ve \u015fifreniz ile giri\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda ilgili mecralarda yer alan ki\u015fisel verileriniz, tercihleriniz, i\u015flemleriniz ile gezinme s\u00fcreniz ile birlikte elde edilen verileri talep etmi\u015f oldu\u011funuz bilgi ve hizmetleri size verebilmek amac\u0131yla i\u015fleyebilmek;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimiz ve ili\u015fkili \u015firketleri\/kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ve\/veya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak olan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sadakat kart ile \u015eirketimiz ve ili\u015fkili \u015firketleri\/kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n web sitesi \u00fcyelikleri ile ilgili bildirimleri (yenileme, sona erme vb.) yapabilmek, taraf\u0131n\u0131z ile kurulabilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ileti\u015fim, yeni sunulacak hizmet ve \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile ki\u015fisel veri politikalar\u0131nda ve \u00fcyelik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda olabilecek de\u011fi\u015fiklik, yenilikleri ve benzeri konularda bilgilendirmek;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizden talep edece\u011finiz bilgi, etkinlik ve hizmetlerle ilgili sizlere bilgilendirme yapmak;<\/li>\n<li>\u015eirketimizin ticari ve i\u015f stratejilerinin belirlenmesi ve uygulanmas\u0131; (x)\u015eirketimizin insan kaynaklar\u0131 politikalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin temini ve;<\/li>\n<li>Mevzuatta a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesi durumunda veya gerekti\u011fi takdirde mevzuatla belirlenen bir hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 dahilinde \u015eirketimiz ve ili\u015fkili \u015firketleri\/kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da (C) Maddesinde belirtilen di\u011fer ger\u00e7ek ve\/veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flenebilecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130 TOPLAMANIN Y\u00d6NTEM\u0130 VE HUKUK\u0130 SEBEB\u0130:<\/h2>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc s\u00f6zl\u00fc, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ya da elektronik ortamda, yukar\u0131daki maddelerde belirtilen ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda \u015eirket olarak \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetlerimizin belirlenen yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evede sunulabilmesi ve bu kapsamda \u015eirketimizin s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve yasadan do\u011fan sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 eksiksiz ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yerine getirebilmesi amac\u0131yla edinilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hukuki sebeple toplanan ki\u015fisel verileriniz KVK Kanunu\u2019nun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bu metnin (B) maddesinde belirtilen ama\u00e7larla i\u015flenmekte, kaydedilmekte, aktar\u0131lmakta, payla\u015f\u0131lmakta ve saklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00d6ZEL N\u0130TEL\u0130KL\u0130 VER\u0130LER\u0130N \u0130\u015eLENMES\u0130:<\/h2>\n<p>KVK Kanun\u2019a g\u00f6re ki\u015filerin \u0131rk\u0131, etnik k\u00f6keni, siyasi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, felsefi inanc\u0131, dini, mezhebi veya di\u011fer inan\u00e7lar\u0131, k\u0131l\u0131k ve k\u0131yafeti, dernek, vak\u0131f ya da sendika \u00fcyeli\u011fi, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, cinsel hayat\u0131, ceza mahk\u00fbmiyeti ve g\u00fcvenlik tedbirleriyle ilgili verileri ile biyometrik ve genetik verileri \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel veridir. \u015eirketimiz, \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesinde, ayr\u0131ca Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen \u00f6nlemleri yeterli d\u00fczeyde al\u0131r. \u015eirketimiz, daha iyi hizmet verebilmesi i\u00e7in ki\u015filerin \u00f6zel nitelikli verilerini ancak ilgili ki\u015fiden r\u0131za alarak ve sadece toplama amac\u0131na hizmet etmesi i\u00e7in i\u015fleyecektir.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130\u015eLENEN K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N K\u0130MLERE VE HANG\u0130 AMA\u00c7LA AKTARILAB\u0130LECE\u011e\u0130:<\/h2>\n<p>Toplanan ki\u015fisel verileriniz, (B) Maddesinde belirtilen ama\u00e7lara hizmet etmesi i\u00e7in G\u00f6khan Teks.
